What happened to the legacy Xerox Partner Programmes?

Xerox consolidated 20+ programs into a single, globally consistent framework to help simplify the way we conduct business together and better enable partners to deliver greater value to customers. Phase I superseded legacy programs like the Peak Reseller Programme, the Xerox Authorised Dealer, and the Xerox Authorised Reseller partner programs. Phase 2 will feature a custom–built, best–in–class Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform that will facilitate ease of doing business, upgrade the partner experience, and enable additional program elements. A calendar of dates specific to the availability to these future program components will be available soon.

What is the framework of the redesigned Global Partner Programme?

We were determined to re-architect the way we do business from the outside–in, using partner feedback as a guide. To accomplish this we consolidated to five global routes-to–market:

  1. Agent
  2. Concessionaire
  3. Document Technology Partner
  4. Solution Provider
  5. Volume Partner

Partners may participate in one of four membership tiers – Registered and three programmatic membership tiers – Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Eligibility for access to certain benefits, tools, and other resources is dependent upon a partner's membership status within the program. Platinum is the highest level of membership. Programme benefits and requirements increase as partners progress up the membership tiers. Registered is the entry–point and access to the Partner Portal requires registration. Upon registration, partners have limited access to benefits, tools, and other resources. To build an enduring and beneficial partnership and to access the comprehensive benefits of the program, apply and enter at the Silver membership tier.

GPP offers significant enhancements to better enable partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience with Xerox technology solutions – specifically:
